ooOOOoooh! We only WISH we were so artistic.
Unrelated to this, I really hate when people call the office thinking we're a comic book store.
It's Wednesday and, thus, new comic day. We have two for you, two that you love with such intensity that at night you clench your hands into fists, bite your lip and spill hot tears all over your lonely pillowcase. You know you do. It's OK. You don't have to be ashamed.

Bear #9 by Jamie Smart
24-page comic book, $2.95
The fury issue!! Bear vs. celebrity!! Tit vs. Bollusc!! Karl vs. ants!! Looshkin vs. a small girl!! 24-pages of embittered rage as Bear goes postal and slaps the vacuous. It's a flipping heck of satirical vengeance useful for rolling up and coshing people with. Wheeee, boink.
When I first saw this copy, I thought it said the "furry" issue, and I thought, "Oh, no! Furries! Why would Jamie... Oh, wait, I see -- it's fury." We're all safe... for now.

Emo Boy #2 by Steve Emond
32-page comic book, $2.95
Emo Boy attends a concert by his favorite indie-screamo-nerdcore-geek-punk band, "Cheezer"! While there, he finds time to bond with the coolest girl in his class, take part in a gang fight, get on stage for the ultimate emo-off with Cheezer's lead singer and pay way too much for a hot dog! This is certainly one concert to attend, but remember -- no photography in the venue!
See Emo Boy dance in this issue! Also, this dialogue: "We're Goonies!"
